Well, it looks as though things might take a slight turn here – in format at least. God has been speaking so clearly lately, and His words are not entirely meant for me to keep to myself. 🙂 This is the what I heard the Lord speak as I drove into work this morning:

Today’s word is “Secret Place”.

I heard the Lord say “Come to Me in the secret place, come up higher. When you seek My face in the secret place, you will find Me, and I will provide all you need to carry on. Meeting Me in the secret place should not be a ‘one-time’ thing, you must continually come and sit with Me. In order to walk in the purpose I have set before you, you will benefit greatly from consistent rest in the secret place. For when You rest in the secret place, you will be rewarded for your diligence not so secretly. The secret place can be found in worship, in prayer, in praise, in private, in public, it is the place in your heart where I reside, and it is the place where you will find rest for your weary soul. Do not seek to be seen outwardly, seek to be seen inwardly, it is the greatest place of reward.”

When You said, “Seek My face,” My heart said to You, “Your face, Lord, I will seek” (Psalm 27:8 NKJV)

But you, when you pray, go into your room, and when you have shut your door, pray to your Father who is in the secret place; and your Father who sees in secret will reward you openly (Matthew 6:6 NKJV).
