Today is named SHIELD because no matter what weapon, storm, dart or adversity comes our way, our shield keeps it from causing us harm. We have two shields, one of faith and the Lord. Our faith shield helps us when we battle and the Lord covers us. Hold your shield proudly!
“But You, O Lord, are a shield around me; You are my glory, the one who holds my head high” (Psalm 3:3 NLT).
“In addition to all these, hold up the shield of faith to stop the fiery arrows of the devil” (Ephesians 6:16).
