A man’s heart plans his way, But the Lord directs his steps (Proverbs 16:9 NKJV).

Your word is a lamp to my feet And a light to my path (Psalm 119:105 NKJV).

When we don’t know what our next move should be or we are endeavoring to step out in faith, look to Papa for direction. Often we have a direction in mind and it seems like the logical choice, but before moving we need to get in God’s Word and make sure it really is the path He wants us to take.

Many of us have taken wrong turns in life and have regretted it and have struggled to get back on God’s track. Many of us have not made any moves and have been stuck because we aren’t sure which way to go. Papa will direct our steps, we have the free will to follow the direction or not. His word lights the path beneath our feet, He may not always show us the whole path. He will give us what we need when we need it we simply need to seek Him for the way.

Every moment we seek Him will light another step or encourage a leap. Stay connected to Him and follow His lead. Soon you will not only see your path but His footsteps to follow as well.
