Through the Lord’s mercies we are not consumed, Because His compassions fail not. They are new every morning; Great is Your faithfulness. “The Lord is my portion,” says my soul, “Therefore I hope in Him!” The Lord is good to those who wait for Him, To the soul who seeks Him (Lamentations 3:22-25 NKJV).

We are buffeted on every side but it is the Lord’s mercies that keep us from falling over. Every day His mercy is available when we wake up, He doesn’t cease from providing it and He won’t! It endures forever!

He truly is our portion and though we may wait for His answer, His timing is always perfect. His mercies are with us in the waiting, they are there in the storms, they are with us in our sorrows and our joys. He is faithful to never leave or forsake us.

Whatever it is you face today, know that His mercy is right there with you.
